Its a SHAME when you got to resort to filing civil suit to recover the bill paid for worse food ever!Then add waiter damaging my CELL PHONE.THE OWNER NAMED:MIKE sends email will refund all to my credit card will take 2 days.He lied and never sent payment back to my card and since incident he vanished!How he is still in business I can not figure out!The good faith $135 I agreed to accept was never paid!He rather loose alot of customers instead! I ordered veal francaise and they serve me chicken francaise along with double order of their version of zuppa di clams with clams missing out of 30% of the clams in the shellWaiter damaged my $850 cell phone spilling pitcher of water over it

Great atmosphere, food and the service was spectacular. It was like being in Italy. Loved it and will be back real soon.

The past five pizzas we’ve ordered from there have arrived cold, which was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately there aren’t any good pizza places that deliver in this area.

The food are delicious

Every time we have ordered from here they always make a mistake on the order and there does not appear to be any sense of rush of urgency in correcting the mistakes. They also do not know how to cut a pizza, and cheese always arrives messy flowing into the box. Do not recommend.

This was my our pizza spot when my husband and I lived in Bloomfield. It’s been about 4 years since we moved but we still have yet to find a better margarita pie. Great pastas as well, great atmosphere, and the staff was always friendly.

Ordered a medium pizza a large meatball sub and some onion rings keep in mind I live about 3 minutes away by car ordered it for delivery and didn’t receive my order for over a hour and a half terrible service and terrible quality of food for that long of a wait wouldn’t recommend to anyone I like

I ordered last night from this place as their menu looked great! i was told it would take 45 minutes to arrive- the order did not get delivered until almost an hour and a half later! and the calamari was so bad! it smelled and it was so fried it tasted like you were just eating batter... i tried to call and complain but the restaurant was closed. Also, our delivery man refused to believe i paid over the phone.... and wouldn't come to the door to deliver the food. I live in an apartment- i was outside waiting for him to come to me i had to walk down to the car... then he refused to believe i paid already... the food was late, it was not good ( the calamari ) and the man was rude. that is probably the last time i will order from there... I would like a refund or compensation if possible.

Really cute location - plenty of seating and parking around the corner. The food was good, very good. Certainly not 5 star, best italian food, but you cannot go wrong coming here!

Probably the most stale bread I’ve ever been served. The best cheesesteak ingredients in the world matter not when the bread is trash.But - Slices were fine, French fries were crispy, and the cashier was nice.

Good food. Sit in the back room if it’s light out and you can see the little brook.

Great place for a wonderful lunch ! We stopped in here after a real estate meeting for a quick lunch. Sat at the bar and were delighted. Fun, clean atmosphere. Also attached to the restaurant is a nice pizzeria. I ordered pasta with red sauce and he had the chicken Ceaser wrap with pasta salad & a side of disco fries. Wonderful food, amazing service and over all a great experience ! Thank you !!!!!!

When you pay $20 for 2 Soups of Tortellini and Broth and get Broth with Tortellini. Complete rip off. Not to mention, I placed the order at the counter and it took almost 30 minutes

The food was excellent. The service was a little slow but the servers were friendly and helpful.

The plate that my food came on was UTTERLY FILTHY. Visibly gross and couldn't touch any part of the plate without feeling the filth. I've never been so turned off by a meal. I would never let a plate leave the kitchen like that. Completely unacceptable.

The food has changed since the last time I ordered. The Chicken Arrabiata was Made totally different, knots changed, rice balls weren’t that good. Live and learn.

They have pretty good pizza compared to the other pizzerias I’ve tried in town

Love the food here. They have the best caesar salad! I now live in PA and I drive all the way to Bloomfield NJ just for the caesar salad.

I'm disappointed I have to even give 1 star to this place. I live 2 blocks from this place and it took me over an hour to receive my complete order. 40 minutes after placing my order the driver brings me just my pizza when I had ordered much more than that. The receipt showed I only ordered pizza. The driver said "well I don't know what to tell you. Call & ask them." I called back & they tell me my wings aren't done. But their going to bring me the rest of my order. I call back after waiting another half hour to check on the status of the rest of my order; that should have already been done by this point & sure enough it's still not on the way. I got told it was going to go out right there & then but to call back tomorrow to get a discount from Izzi the manager. After all this I'm still expected to pay full price. They bring me the rest of my order & it's still missing something. Sucks that the food tastes good but the service was absolute trash & handled extremely unprofessional.

Hit or miss. The best thing about Parkside (in my opinion) is the single slices. They're huge and usually super delicious. I ordered a sausage pepper and onion sub once and they told me they have no bread lol (there's a bakery across the street) and the wait when you order delivery is very long. Last time I ordered fries from here they were undercooked and inedible. Pretty sure they were frozen fries. Zi Zias is up the street, same prices with better deals and better food.

I ordered for the first time a couple nights ago. Just a pepperoni for pickup. I was actually blown away by how good it was and how fresh it tasted. We’re new to the Bloomfield area and we’re looking for our new pizza spot. I think we found it! Pepperoni was really good and love the artwork on the wall. People working there seemed cool. Great vibe and great pizza.

Ordered a Margarita pie, when it arrives, cheese and sauce dripping out of one side, as you can see, entire toppings slid to one side, father owned a pizzeria for many years, driver was either speeding or didn't lay it flat, lovely, can't even give them one star and since all these negative reviews are appearing, no comment from the owner or staff, just shows what type of fake business people you are dealing with, cannot tell how many times orders were gotten wrong when you have to speak to some kid on the phone and repeat things over and over, and you just know they are going to get it wrong, and it never fails. Do yourself a favor, try Angelo's on Broad St, Zi Zia on Bay Ave, Primetime Pizza on Broad or even Mario's on Broad, all much better and won't get your order wrong.

We ordered catering from them and the food was outstanding. The shrimp Alfredo pasta and the gnocchi with pesto is out of this world.

The cashier touched a slice, with her bare hands right after dealing with cash at the register. At least have the decency to wash your hands and put gloves on. Luckily i witnessed that before i even bothered ordering.

Best pizzeria in town!! Food is always fresh and delicious. Great pizza and food. They staff is very friendly and all the girls behind the counter are so sweet and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

11/16/19 Terrible waiting time! Ordered 3 menus at around 5:30pm was told food will be delivered between 45 min to 1 hour. Called around 6:45, driver left already. Called at 7pm, still driver out for delivery. Called again at 7:30pm ALL I get is apologies! Me and my children keeps on waiting and starving already! Will it come at 12 midnight then??? What’s with your delivery service? Hello??? We eat food, NOT YOUR APPOLOGIES!!! Keep the food that I ordered, I should have read the reviews. I will buy from another place.

Great sandwiches, no problems so far

The food here is good. Their lasagna tastes amazing!! I ordered the chicken Marsala ... it was pretty good! The Calamaris were soooo good though! That deserves a five star rating. ☺️ the service is okay. And it’s definitely not kid friendly 😋 however their music... to die for !!!! 😉 (that’s why I gave them four stars.)

Fantastic food. Speciality pizza is fantastic. Service is friendly ... sit in the pizzeria to eat... or go to the restaurant side for lunch/dinner. Small parking lot on the side.

First time ordering the person taking the order, who later I found out was a manager was awesome. Very patient and accommodating, they did not have the pizza that I wanted on the menu but still made it for me. Delivery was fast and the pizza is incredible. Best pizza I've ever had in a long time. Will definitely order again. Going to try the restaurant soon.

This is one of the best pizza places around! Their sauce is amazing, I buy it to cook with when I need a good marinara sauce...and this is the only place I’ll order fried calamari from in Bloomfield! It’s super crunchy and delicious and never chewy. Great pizza, and fantastic service, they are always super friendly!

Horrible! It took over an hour for our Pizzas to arrive, and in addition, the order was completely off. One Pizza was supposed to be without cheese and the other without sauce. What we got was one Pizza with the cheese (where there wasn’t supposed to be any) and one with EXTRA sauce. We also got a mysterious large cheese pizza which we didn’t order. But hey, at least the pizzas were still warm. And the delivery guy was cool.
